This document provides a standard model agreement signed between nodal agency and transmission service provider for development and operation of inter-state transmission system (ISTS) for power transmission through TBCB for a transmission project.

Effective Date

Term and Termination
It shall automatically terminate unless extended by the Appropriate Commission.
The Agreement shall also terminate before expiry date as per some conditions.

Development of the Project
contract performance guarantee will be computed on the basis of ₹9 lakh/km for all lines and ₹0.75 lakh/MVA for substations instead of blanket ₹6 lakh/km [clause 3.3]
